Increasingly, health plans are assuming responsibility for providing behavioral health long-term services and supports (LTSS) for your Medicaid clients. In particular, health plans that serve Medicare-Medicaid enrollees may need to address the care needs of individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse disorder.
