The National Paralysis Resource Center (operated by the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation) is hosting a webinar with the Disability EmpowHer Network featuring a panel discussion among two women who are in their 20s and living with paralysis. Moderated by Linda Schultz, Ph.D., CRRN, the discussion will explore the impact of sexism, ageism, and ableism that women with paralysis experience as well as other unique issues that affect the mental health of disabled professional young women. The panelists will share their personal experiences and offer their insights, perspectives, and advice. By hearing from women who share similar challenges, audience members will gain an understanding that they are not alone and be empowered to focus on their own mental health.

This webinar is free of cost and live captioning will be available. Contact Rebecca Sultzbaugh with questions.
