Resources for Integrated Care is excited to present a webinar highlighting the newly revised Disability-Competent Care Self-Assessment Tool (DCCAT).

The DCCAT is a free resource designed to assist health plans and health systems in evaluating their current ability to meet the needs of adults with functional limitations. Health plans and health systems can improve their disability competence by using the DCCAT to identify strategic opportunities for improvement. The DCCAT has been reworked into a new format that highlights the seven pillars of the Disability-Competent Care model. This new version of the tool allows users to more narrowly assess their disability competence and identify actionable areas for improvement. The webinar provides a sequential walk-through of the DCCAT and demonstrate how health plans and states can use the tool and its supporting materials to meet the needs of participants.

The DCCAT and supporting materials are available to download here.
