  • Identify the strengths and challenges found in intergenerational relationships; how perspectives change across the lifespan & explain how to navigate these relationships;
  • Learn from the multiple perspectives of people with lived experience of mental health challenges & from their positive insights across the lifespan;
  • Articulate the impact of COVID-19 & racism on individuals & communities and their constructive responses to these stressors.
